FAQ
1. Go to the create an account page and sign up: https://staratlasguilds.com/create-account
2. Check your email for the validation email (If you don’t see the mail after 5 mins, check your spam folder).
3. Once verified head to the “Submit Your Guild” section (under guilds) and fill in your guilds details. (Please add as much info to your guild submission as possible, this will give it a better chance of making it onto our site.)
4. Once submitted, wait for it to be verified + approved (can take from 1 month to 6 months).
If you have submitted your Star Atlas guild and it’s been over 6 months, chances are that it has not passed our requirements to make it onto the site. Some of the main reasons that it would be rejected are Incomplete data, not active, not established enough, unable to verify etc. We will reevaluate any guilds that don’t get onto the site after 6 months, this will give the guilds time to build and get more established.
To edit your guild listing, make sure you are logged in. Then go to your guild page and you will see an Edit link at the top of the page.
Only guild leaders can use the messaging system, to use the guild messaging system, log in and head to your account page and you will see the messaging system there. Once you have sent a message the recipient will get an email that they have a new message waiting.
